Canada has issued 3,311 invitations to apply for permanent residence in its latest Express Entry draw. <\/p>\n
The program-specific draw saw invitations issued to Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.<\/p>\n
The minimum Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) was 452, the lowest it has been for CEC and Federal Skilled Worker Program candidates since 1 May 2019 when it was 450.<\/p>\n
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has exclusively held program-specific draws since the travel restrictions were put in place by the Canadian government on March 18 to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus. As well as CEC-specific draws, IRCC have also held Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) draws.<\/p>\n
The latest draw brings the total invitations issued in 2020 to 34,300.<\/p>\n
