draw of 2019.<\/p>\n<p>On December 19, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), invited candidates from the Express Entry pool to apply for permanent residence.<\/p>\n<p>Those invited needed to have a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 469 to be chosen for this round.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates are awarded a score under the CRS based on factors such as age, education, skilled work experience and proficiency in English or French.<\/p>\n<p>The previous draw on December 11 had a CRS requirement of 472.<\/p>\n<p>The Express Entry system manages the pool of eligible candidates for Canada&#8217;s three main pathways for economic-class immigrants to obtain permanent residence: Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class and the Canadian Experience Class.<\/p>\n<p>The highest-ranked candidates are invited to apply for Canadian permanent residence through regular draws from the pool.<\/p>\n<p>More information on this draw can be found at CIC
