An EOI\u00a0is not an application but is instead\u00a0a way for foreigners to signal that they would like to do business in the province.<\/p>\n<p>Those interested must indicate their interest in living and owning a business in Saskatchewan by providing information about their entrepreneurial experience, assets, and Business Establishment Plan, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be accepted into the EOI candidate pool, where they are ranked using Saskatchewan\u2019s points grid.<\/p>\n<p>December\u2019s draw will be the last one held in 2019.
