Canadian permanent residence in a new draw held September 4.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0cut-off\u00a0Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score in this invitation round was 463, an increase of six points over the previous draw on August 20.<\/p>\n<p>The Express Entry system manages the pool of eligible candidates for Canada&#8217;s Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class and the Canadian Experience Class.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates are awarded a score under the CRS based on factors such as age, education, skilled work experience and proficiency in English or French and a set number of the
