The plan also establishes an overall target of 350,000 new permanent residents in 2021, which the Government of Canada equates to nearly 1 per cent population growth.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the updated multi-year plan, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has allocated an admissions target for 2021 that is 18 per cent higher than that of 2018 for Express Entry-aligned programs: Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Program, Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC), and\u00a0Canadian Experience Class (CEC).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Find out if you are eligible to enter the Express Entry pool by completing a free assessment form.<\/p>\n<h3>Revisions made to the 2019-2021 Canada Immigration Levels Plan<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2019:\u00a0The federal government plans to resettle\u00a0an additional 1,000 vulnerable women and girls as refugees.
