The\u00a0date and time specified for this draw was February 21, 2018, at 11:28:03 UTC. This means that\u00a0all\u00a0candidates with a\u00a0CRS score of 440 and above who submitted an Express Entry profile\u00a0before that specified time were issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA).<\/p>\n<p>Individuals looking to immigrate to Canada through programs managed by the Express Entry\u00a0selection system must first meet the eligibility\u00a0requirements for either the Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC), Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC).<\/p>\n<p>A candidate&#8217;s\u00a0CRS score is based on information\u00a0about their education, work experience, language ability, and other factors.
