{"id":1840,"date":"2024-09-11T04:03:26","date_gmt":"2024-09-11T04:03:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/immigration-services.org\/?p=1840"},"modified":"2024-09-11T04:03:26","modified_gmt":"2024-09-11T04:03:26","slug":"nova-scotia-express-entry-invites-314-early-childhood-educators-and-assistants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/immigration-services.org\/?p=1840","title":{"rendered":"Nova Scotia Express Entry invites 314 Early Childhood Educators and Assistants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.canadavisa.com\/images\/_1200x630_crop_center-center_82_none\/express-entry-early-childhood-assistants.jpg?mtime=1656366902\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">  <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Express entry early childhood assistants\" src=\"https:\/\/www.canadavisa.com\/images\/_newsThumbnail\/express-entry-early-childhood-assistants.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" \/> <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Express entry early childhood assistants\" src=\"https:\/\/www.canadavisa.com\/images\/_newsThumbnail\/express-entry-early-childhood-assistants.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Government of Nova Scotia has issued 314 Letters of Interest to apply for a provincial nomination to Express Entry candidates who meet the eligibility and work experience requirements of its new Labour Market Priorities Stream.<\/p>\n<p>Express Entry candidates invited through the Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities  must provide evidence of having two years of work experience in NOC 4214 \u2014\u00a0<em>E<\/em><em>arly childhood educators and assistants\u00a0<\/em>under the Government of Canada&#8217;s National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2016.<\/p>\n<p>To receive a Letter of Interest under this stream, the NSOI says that the work experience a candidate details in an Express Entry profile must match the job description for the targeted occupation listed in the federal government&#8217;s NOC 2016.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Selected candidates are required to provide letters of reference from previous employers with the following details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company letterhead;<\/li>\n<li>Signature by the responsible human resources officer, supervisor, or manager;<\/li>\n<li>Company\u2019s full address, telephone number, e-mail and website addresses and be stamped with the company\u2019s official seal (if applicable); and<\/li>\n<li>include all of the following information in one document:\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>the specific period of the employment with the company<\/li>\n<li>the positions held during the period of employment and time spent in each position<\/li>\n<li>the main responsibilities and duties in each position<\/li>\n<li>the annual salary plus benefits in each position<\/li>\n<li>the number of hours worked per week in each position<\/li>\n<li>proof that the work experience meets the lead statement and the majority (at least 51%) of the main duties as set out in NOC 2016.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Express Entry candidates who have received a Letter of Interest from the NSOI will have 30 calendar days\u00a0to submit a complete application for a Nova Scotia provincial nomination. An additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)\u00a0points will be awarded to candidates whose applications are approved by the NSOI.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Dynamic Express Entry selections<\/h3>\n<p>The NSOI says that occupations specified\u00a0in each draw and will depend on labour market needs and the priorities of the province.
