The Saskatchewan PNP is officially called\u00a0Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).\u00a0<\/p>\n
Of those invited,\u00a0161 immigration candidates were invited through the\u00a0Express Entry subcategory, and 335 were invited through the Occupations In-Demand subcategory.<\/p>\n
Candidates who were invited to apply through the Express Entry subcategory needed to submit an\u00a0Expression of Interest (EOI) profile, and have a score\u00a0of at\u00a0least 71 EOI points. These candidates needed to have work experience in one of 43 in-demand occupations.<\/p>\n
Those invited through the Occupations In-Demand subcategory needed to have a score of 70 EOI points. They must have had work experience in one of 61 in-demand occupations.<\/p>\n
All of these occupations are listed on this government webpage.<\/p>\n
Candidates also needed to get an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) to show that their foreign credential is comparable to a Canadian one.<\/p>\n
Saskatchewan is one of many provinces that\u00a0uses the EOI system to select immigration candidates who will most likely succeed in the province’s labour market.\u00a0<\/p>\n
If you want to immigrate to Saskatchewan, you must first create an\u00a0EOI profile. Based on the information you provide on your profile, you will be given a point score.\u00a0This score is based on multiple factors such as your work experience, education, language ability, age and your\u00a0connections to the province.<\/p>\n
